1. Confidential Information

The Client agrees that it will not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of GeekyAnts. Confidential Information includes but is not limited to all information, data, documents, drawings, software, know-how, and other intellectual property rights related to GeekyAnts' business, products, services, and technology.

2. Duration

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 12 months from the effective date.

3. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
